1. Velocity Checks (Speedster Penalties)
Surveys and daily tasks are assigned realistic estimated completion times based on human cognitive speed. If a user completes a survey in less than 30% of the estimated duration (e.g., finishing a 5-minute task in 30 seconds), the system automatically flags the submission as fraudulent, withholds points, and logs a speedster warning strike.
2. Honeypot Traps & Bot Detection
Our web forms contain invisible honeypot fields perceptible to automated web scrapers and macro bots, but completely invisible to human users. Any request registering input within a honeypot field triggers an immediate, irreversible account suspension.
3. Device Fingerprinting & IP Analysis
To prevent multi-accounting and syndicated fraud rings, OpiniYield tracks device hardware signatures, browser environments, and IP network topologies. Operating multiple accounts from a single device or utilizing unauthorized VPN/proxy relays to mask location will result in instant withdrawal restrictions across all linked profiles.
4. Open-Ended Text Quality Scoring
For qualitative research tasks requiring written feedback, our backend scans responses for keyboard mashing (e.g., "asdfghjk"), repetitive character strings, or copied-and-pasted answers across multiple user accounts. Low-quality text scores lead to automatic task rejection and point deductions.
5. Video Engagement & Milestone Verification
Video milestone tasks require active tracking. If a user closes the viewing tab early, skips checkpoints, or fails automated attention-check prompts, earnings are forfeited, and penalty points equivalent to double the task value are deducted from their balance.
6. The Three-Strike Rule and Enforcement
Minor infractions result in warning strikes. Accumulating three (3) active compliance strikes triggers an automatic permanent platform ban and complete forfeiture of unpaid balances. Regional supervisors retain final authority over fraud appeals submitted via support channels.
